Kenneth - Slow To Speak Quick To Listen

Today I want to introduce you to Kenneth, a woodworker, chef, forager, a soon to be husband and father, and someone who is seeking to mature in life as a man overall We talk about the importance in asking if someone wants advice, suggestions, or help, and when they simply want you to listen. That It doesn’t matter if you have the right solution, it matters if you have loved someone enough to help them make the right choices rather than implementing your will onto someone else. He shares about his journey with alcohol addiction, what he has learned in his 6 years of sobriety, how he has learned who he is, and how he understands that more now. We talk about the feeling of shame being attached to his dad because of a choice his dad made, how he has used that painful experience to create space for others, and his desire to know anthers story and learn from them. So tune in today and meet Ken, A man that teaches us all to listen more, and talk a little less, to be present, and seek to support and love those in front of us, to forgive ourselves and not fear getting help with what has happened in our lives, and to appreciate what is before us both in nature and in humanity.
