Jill - The Meaning of ”Both And”
Jill shares with me why she deeply values justice, what she has learned from years of working with women that have been subjected to sexual trauma. We talk about why she appreciates beauty, time with others, and just having fun and living life a full of joy. She shares about the fear of separation from life itself and why hope is something she intentionally stays connected to. Jill talks about what life at home looks like why her kitchen is in her own words a “dumpster fire”and who in her life she believes to be the most capable human in the world. Jill is a one who knows how to laugh, have fun, and appreciate what life has to offer with or without spending a a dime. She has an ability to appreciate and recognize when it is worth investing in something she values and when value is cannot be bought. She is one who displays what it means to be classy but also one who believes humanity to have one class of complete equality. She thinks deeply, does not shy away from knowing another as such, and is one to openly give space for imperfections to exist without loss of human value, both in herself and in others. She is a defender of justice, creative and intelligent mind, and someone worth listening and learning from.
